Give Thanks for Peace of Mind
November is a season to pause, reflect, and appreciate what matters most—family, connection, and the moments that make life meaningful.
When you have a trusted care manager on your side, you can focus on those moments while someone else handles the details—appointments, follow-ups, coordination, and communication.
Because true peace of mind means knowing everything behind the scenes is taken care of.
This season, give thanks for calm, clarity, and compassionate care management.

Small Acts That Make a Big Difference
The little things matter most - especially when it comes to caring for a loved one. ❤️
A warm cup of tea, a shared laugh, a few moments of genuine conversation - simple gestures can brighten their day and lighten your load.
And when it comes to the bigger details - appointments, coordination, follow-ups; your care manager is there to handle them behind the scenes. Because small acts of kindness paired with steady care management create a world of difference.

Your Advocate in Every Appointment
Navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming - especially when every appointment comes with new information, decisions, and next steps.
That's where your care manager comes in. Kara is your advocate in every appointment - asking the right questions, taking notes, and making sure you fully understand what comes next.
Because good care isn't just about showing up - it's about being heard, supported, and informed every step of the way.
Let Kara help you turn
complex care into clear next steps.

Know Someone Struggling
to Care for a Senior Loved One?
Caring for an aging parent or loved one can feel overwhelming - especially when you're trying to balance appointments, medications, and the emotions that come with it all.
That's where I come in. As a healthcare navigator and care manager, I can help ease the load by coordinating care, managing communication between providers, and ensuring your loved one gets the support they need.
You don't have to do this alone
- and neither do they.
If you know someone who could use a helping hand, connect them with me today.

Sacramento NAIPC Leadership
& Community Collaboration
What an incredible start! The Sacramento Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) held its first Care Compass Workshop, bringing together chapter leadership, local seniors, and senior care professionals to shape the direction of the 2026 workshop series.
Together, participants discussed the most important topics for older adults and their families - from healthcare coordination and home safety to financial planning and community resources.
This gathering marks the beginning of a renewed effort to make aging in place safer, more supported, and better connected across the Sacramento region.
Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare to officially launch the full Care Compass Workshop Series in 2026!
